We offer the entire year lease for 12 persons. Guests can use two bathrooms, two WCs, a living room with TV/SAT and a fireplace, equipped kitchen, (electric kitchen-stove, microwave, hot-flue oven, boiled tea-pot). In summer visitors can sit out near the fireplace, possibility of broil, outdoors pool 6 x 3 m and a tennis court. Parking is in reserved area.

The luxury cottage with clay tennis court is located in the recreational community Malá Morávka in Jeseníky mountains, about 10 km far from Ovčárna – Praděd.
Winter activities: The region offers ideal conditions for skiing. The nearest ski lift is 100 m away. Evening skiing is possible. Transport to ski resort Praděd for our quests can be arranged of our microbus. There are about twenty ski lifts in near surroundings of different difficulty. The nearest ski renting shop is at point. The courses of skiing are usually directly at ski lifts. The resort offers ideal conditions for cross-country skiing.
Summer activities: Hiking and mountain biking, bathing – the reservoir Slezská Harta (20 km away).Types for trips: Karlova Studánka spa, (7 km), valley Bílá Opava – falls, nature reserve Praděd 1492 m above sea level, Velké Losiny castle, the thermal bathing establishment in forest, the nearest bathing in three contiguous duck ponds.
Bus stop: Karlov, the stop is in front hotel Praděd.
Train station: Malá Morávka, from here is transport to the hotel arranged with our receptionists.
